I love kale chips so much. Instead of reaching for a bag of corn chips (my absolutely FAVE), kale chips have totally been my go-to when I’m in need of something a little salty and crunchy.
The other day I was about to make a batch, but then spotted a half used bottle of tahini on the counter. I went, “Hmmmm…”, then went, “YESSSS!” I’m pretty sure I invented the coolest snack ever… you know, after popcorn.

Tahini Kale Chips

- 1/2 cup well stirred tahini
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz washed and trimmed kale (I used baby kale)
Instructions
Place a rack on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini and salt
Place the kale in a single layer on the rack and using a spoon, drizzle the tahini onto the kale
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the kale is toasted
Remove from oven and let sit for two minutes before enjoying
