I’ve been totally obsessed with bliss balls lately. They’re so easy to make, great to snack on, and super amazing when my husband gets hangry (OK… when I get hangry). So, the other day while I was ravenously rummaging through the cabinets, I found a whole new jar of charcoal coconut butter (SCORE!). I decided that, instead of eating it by the spoonful (#notsorry), I would make it into some galaxy coconut bliss balls.
Not only are these coconut bliss balls super awesome because they’re black, but the added sprinkles totally help put a smile back on your face when hunger hits.
